These terms apply when you use omindyourbody.com or attend any session, workshop or programme with us. By making a booking, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Cancellation and Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
Who we are
O’Mind Your Body is a wellness practice owned and run by Dhwani Mahendra Gala, a sole proprietor operating from Bandra West, Mumbai. Our full details are at the end of this page.
What we offer, and what we do not
We offer complementary wellness and holistic practices intended to support relaxation, balance and general wellbeing.
Our sessions are not medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness, disease or medical condition, and nothing on our website or in a session should be understood as medical advice.
Our sessions are not a substitute for care from a qualified doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or other licensed healthcare professional. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please continue with your treatment and consult your doctor before booking. Never stop or change prescribed medication on the basis of anything said in a session.
Everyone responds differently. We cannot and do not promise any particular outcome or result.
Who can book
You must be 18 or older to book a session for yourself. Sessions for anyone under 18 must be booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who must also provide the health information and may be asked to attend.
Some sessions are not suitable during pregnancy, or for certain heart, respiratory, neurological, circulatory or psychiatric conditions, or where you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you are unsure, ask us before booking.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for in full through our website. A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and you have had a confirmation from us.
Prices shown include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change our prices at any time, but never for a booking that is already confirmed.
Changes, cancellations, credits and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete health information, and tell us if anything changes
- Arrive on time. Late arrival shortens your session rather than extending it
- Tell us during a session if you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any point
- Treat the practitioner, the space and other participants with respect
- Follow any safety instructions you are given
You remain responsible for your own health decisions before, during and after a session.
At the venue
Please do not bring valuables. We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the studio.
Photography, audio or video recording of a session is not permitted without our written permission.
We may decline to begin or may end a session if you appear unwell or intoxicated, if you have withheld relevant health information, or if your behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to others. In those circumstances the session is treated as complete and no refund or credit is due.
Online sessions
For sessions held online, you are responsible for your own device, internet connection and for finding a private, quiet and safe space in which to take part. Please do not join while driving or operating machinery.
Workshops, group sessions and programmes
Places are limited and are confirmed in the order they are paid for. We may reschedule or cancel a workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in which case you may choose a full refund or a place on a future date.
Corporate bookings, retreats and private events
These are arranged individually and are governed by the separate written terms agreed at the time of booking.
Confidentiality
What you share with us stays with us, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We ask that you extend the same respect to anyone you meet in a group session or workshop.
Our content
The text, images, recordings, handouts and course material we create belong to us. You are welcome to use them for your own personal practice. Please do not copy, publish, resell or teach from them without our written permission.
Testimonials
We will only use your name, photograph or feedback in our marketing if you have given us permission, and you may withdraw that permission at any time.
Our responsibility to you
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your failure to disclose relevant health information, from your not following instructions given during a session, or from any decision you take about your health as a result of a session. Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If something goes wrong
Please tell us. Most concerns are resolved quickly and directly. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within 2 working days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you make your booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
